Terms and Conditions – Rules and Policies of 7play77

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings described below:

2. Eligibility

To create and use an account on 7play77, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Registration & Account

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their registration details current.

Each user may hold only one active account at 7play77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the retention of balances pending investigation.

• The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure.
• Never share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 7play77 support immediately via live chat.
• 7play77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect all users and comply with the regulatory requirements of the Brazilian market, 7play77 performs identity verification before releasing withdrawals and whenever its internal monitoring system flags an account for review.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back.

5. Deposits

6. Withdrawals

• The standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours after the request is submitted.

7. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 7play77 cover more than 30 sports, with a special focus on football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana —, volleyball (Superliga and VNL), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• The minimum bet amount per event is R$ 2.00.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that market.
• If an event is definitively cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on it will be fully refunded.
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that window, bets are refunded.
• In live betting, odds are temporarily suspended during high-impact moments (a potential goal under VAR review, an injury, a stoppage) and reopen once the situation is resolved.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) require all outcomes to be confirmed for the bet to be considered a winner. If one event is cancelled, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining results stand.
• 7play77 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per user, with advance notice where possible.
• Bets placed on the basis of insider information, match-fixing, or obvious odds errors may be voided at any time, including after the event result is known.

8. Online Casino & Games

The casino section of 7play77 includes roulette (European, American, French, Lightning Roulette, Speed Roulette), slots, crash games, live table games with dealers, and more. The following conditions apply to the use of this section:

• All casino games operate with a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live tables, with a real-time stream from a licensed studio.
• The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is independently audited and disclosed on each product's page.
• The balance used in casino games can be Real Balance or Bonus Balance, provided the bonus in question is valid for use in casino games — which varies according to each promotion's terms.
• Casino game bets placed using Bonus Balance may count partially or not at all toward meeting the rollover requirement, as specified in each promotion's terms.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

The 7play77 offers bonuses and promotions to its users as part of the platform experience. Taking part in any promotion implies acceptance of that offer's specific terms, in addition to the general rules below:

• Every bonus granted comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before the Bonus Balance can be converted into Real Balance available for withdrawal.
• The standard 7play77 rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The rollover for casino bonuses varies by promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiration date defined in their specific terms. Once expired, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.
• Bets that are cancelled, refunded, or closed via Cash Out before the final outcome do not count toward rollover requirements.
• 7play77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or disqualify users from promotions if there is evidence of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any behavior that constitutes improper exploitation of offers.
• Each promotion is intended for the personal use of the account holder. Transferring, reselling, or assigning bonuses in any form is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The 7play77 operates within strict ethical and legal standards. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, address, device, or payment method.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Any form of match-fixing or collusion with athletes, referees, or anyone involved in events covered by the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, vulnerability exploitation software, or any unauthorized tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting obvious technical errors in odds or casino games to obtain undue gains.
• Attempting to access another user's account, regardless of the method used.
• Submitting false or tampered documentation during the KYC process or at any other verification stage.

11. Account Closure

The user may request the closure of their account at 7play77 at any time, via chat support or by emailing contato@7play77.net. After closure, eligible balances for withdrawal (Real Balance, excluding Bonus Balance) will be processed within the standard timeframes.

7play77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal behavior.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same user.
• At the user's own request via self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, balances are held during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms the violation, balances may be confiscated as set out in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 7play77 offers its services "as is" and makes all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and stable. However, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical issues.

• 7play77 is not liable for losses resulting from the user's internet connection failures, issues with the user's device, or interruptions caused by third parties (service providers, game suppliers).
• 7play77 is not responsible for the user's betting decisions. Bets are the sole responsibility of the bettor.
• If a technical failure affects the processing of a bet or casino round, the resolution will be based on the system's internal records. Users may request a review from support within 30 days of the event.

13. Responsible Gambling

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
